We had the privilege of overseeing the security for the enchanting Disney on Ice Presents 100 Years of Wonder show, held at the spectacular Lusail Multipurpose Arena from July 4 to 8, 2023. This event stands out as one of the largest we have managed in this venue, and we are thrilled to share that it unfolded without any emergencies or crowd-related issues. Our dedicated security personnel expertly navigated the bustling crowds, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees. We took great pride in our commitment to safeguard not only the audience but also the talented performers who brought this magical production to life.
To ensure the safety of the entire event, we assigned the following personnel: Starting on June 17th, we deployed 2 trusted security guards for event preparation, including load-in and load-out set-up days. During the event, we had 2 Team Leaders, 4 Traffic Marshals assigned to the VIP entrance, North entrance, South entrance, and the Open Entrance, along with 11 Security Guards responsible for Access Control at the VIP, North, and South entrances. Additionally, there were 15 Security Personnel in the Technical Area, covering Backstage, the VIP first and second floors, Row Seats, and the Stage. The event security team consisted of 27 Male Guards and 5 Female Guards, with the 2 Team Leaders.
Additionally, we provided security equipment such as reflective vests and traffic batons for the Traffic Marshals, 6 walk-through scanners for each entrance, and 15 walkie-talkie devices to assist our security personnel.
